Bogen Presto receiver

This gorgeous old receiver belongs to a friend and he was gracious enough to loan it to me for a few weeks. I had never used a vintage tube receiver and was delighted with the opportunity.

This old Bogen was quite a good performer. It had a very slight hum audible on 96 db/wm Visaton B200 drivers, but none the less sounded very good. Listening to the radio through the tube tuner was quite a treat too.
