Lance Cochrane "Miss Scarlet" 6L6

Here is one in a series of red amps built by Lance and dubbed "Miss Scarlet". Apparently there are 5 or 6 of these amps running around out there, each similar but with slight circuit differences. I've been so happy with Lance's EL-84 amp that I jumped at a chance to try his bigger 6L6. The sound is very similar, much more so than I would have expected. If the 6L6 tubes had been placed just a little farther apart I would have kept this amplifier and used 350B or 6BG6 tubes. The coke shaped bottles were just too wide to fit here.
